I just wanted to drop a quick “thank you note” to tell you how extremely pleased I am with both your customer service & your software. Both are fabulous!
Having come from “**********” (which apparently stole code & had a cease & desist lawsuit against them), I almost elected to go with a different tool. But in the end, your “employee notes” feature(s) stuck out and literally “closed the deal.”
FYI: It’s not that we even needed most of the features, it’s a case where the features we needed were available and part of the tool! Your software covers a broad spectrum of capabilities, it’s 100% reliable, and is well suited to most any business “savvy enough” to not go with a “dinosauric” mechanical clock! ~ Kudos!
PS: The only negative thing I can find with this software is the initial load time when using the MS-Access back-end. (And even that seems to have improved, unless I’m imagining things!)
If anyone has a need for a user friendly, powerful and most importantly very affordable time clock you need to check out Time Clock MTS. We have been using this system for 4 years now with no problems. Handles all of our time keeping needs and records flawlessly.
We’re loving this thing! We looked at about a million similar apps and none had the network functions without costing an arm and a leg. And super-simple MySQL install?! Awesome stuff. Truly easy to use for both employee and management.
I work for an attorney. We are a pretty small office of 8 employees. When I first started working here we used to keep track of employees hours manually. It took 2 hours every week just to get everyone’s hours correct. Within a week of using TimeClock MTS that dwindled to 5 minutes. Corrections can be made immediately if someone makes a mistake. So, when it’s payroll day I just print out the report and I am done! Thank you for such a wonderful product! For larger businesses your software is a must. For us, it’s a blessing. We recommend it to all of the business we interact with.
I have used Time Clock MTS over the past 3 years. I used Time Clock MTS at my previous firm and when I took the position at my new firm I joined forces once again with Time Clock MTS to track our employees’ hours. Just using the basic features Time Clock MTS is a simple and secure solution to tracking payroll. Then when you get into the additional tools Time Clock MTS has to offer, you wonder how they keep their prices so low. Mark Nemtsas has responded to all of my emails within 24 hours and has a solution to each problem (i.e. moving the time clock to another computer, adding employees). Great investment. Great software.
