BTW the program works great. I was using (Product Name Removed) for W7 Pro and for over six months it worked intermittently – at best and their tech people were/are unable to solve problem. Last six months I had to go to services in W7 Pro and turn them on, last week that quit working they worked on for 5 hours said they’d get back to me, still waiting…

No problem, your program is several orders of magnitude better than the (Product Name Removed) was – even when it limped along. Simple, clean and quick vs theirs clunky and slow – if at all.
The boss & I are both impressed that you took care of our 3 issues so fast & for no additional cost. I just updated our software & it’s great (so are you!)
