I own a small business and wanted a simple and easy way to capture, manage, and edit my employees’ time. I used another time management software before and it was not very intuitive. Time Clock MTS does exactly what I want. What I most appreciate about this software is the ease of modifying/editing employees’ time. Saved my A LOT of time.
The only negative thing I would say is that I wished the $80 fee would include at least two computers rather than just one.

I have used Time Clock MTS for several years, have never felt the need to even look elsewhere, and have hardly ever needed technical support. I have a small office with mostly part timers who get varying amounts of vacation and personal/sick time. Tracking time remaining is simple and easy for each employee to check. It is also simple to set up different “jobs” for workflow studies. The cost is modest, so it is a win-win.

Our office has a small staff, but never had a great way to handle payroll in office. We tried a memo system (since that was time stamped), but the calculation of hours was just too time straining. This was recommended by a colleague and we loved it! This has saved a lot of time and frustration!
Cons
If you could only figure out a way to remind my staff to clock in and out 🙂 We would really be set!

Our staff finds this easy to use and from a payroll perspective it is VERY user friendly! Great for Small Business Too!

We have used Time Clock MTS for over 5 years. It is the best time clock program available. It is easy for the administrator to use and set up, and it easy and simple for the employees to use. We rarely have a problem. If we do, they quickly resolve the issue. All the info you need (employer or employee) is at your fingertips. A great software product!
