Pros: The application is simple to set up and use but is also feature rich for more complicated uses. The fact that a fingerprint reader can be used for verification is fabulous. Reporting is fairly comprehensive and all reports can be output to a spreadsheet.
Cons: The basic application is based on an Access database which leads to some unique networking problems. If the network is having trouble, it is possible to have data corruption.
