We are new users of Time Clock MTS and couldn’t be happier. We needed a replacement for a very expensive (and never adequate) time clock system and came across MTS. For the price, it is the best bang-for-the-buck you can find with a range of features that works perfectly for us. We’re a small resort in New Mexico with about 10 -15 employees. We had the old punch card timeclock system and about five years ago changed to the Timeclock MTS software. Some of our employees were a little timid at first about trying something new but very quickly adapted to the new system. It has made a world of difference in the accuracy of the reports and especially the time it takes to process payroll. Reports are easy to run and export to Excel. Price is very reasonable. Before using Timeclock MTS software we used spreadsheets that each of our employees filled out when they entered and left their shifts. They worked but they left plenty of room for entering inaccurate in/out times. Not only that, we also had to update our spreadsheets frequently and printing out our employee timesheets for payroll took more time than we needed it to. Now that we have Timeclock MTS, securely entering accurate in/out times for each of our employees is a snap! The software is easy to install and hassle free! Since using Timeclock MTS, it’s saved us time and money!

I am the office manager at a very busy physical therapy clinic. We have been using Timesheets MTS software for several years. Not only is it a great product but the customer service is OUTSTANDING! We were using the server-based software but have recently moved to the internet-based software. About 3 years ago we’ve used manual print time recording machines that used up ink and paper time cards. Since switching to your system, we’ve cut down costs of ink and paper down by around $750+ a year.
TimeClock MTS replaced our old punchcard system, and we find that it is a great replacement. Even our handyman, who we had to teach how to click a mouse, has no problem using this simple tool.
