As a customer of the MTS Time clock Software, I have been extremely satisfied with the timeclock. Our Campus Recreation Department here at the University of Hawaii at Hilo employs up to 75 employees. It has been a very valuable tool for our supervisors and students to keep track of their time. I can keep track of hours worked per week to avoid overtime. The University policy is that students may work only up to 20 hrs per week during the school semesters and up to 40 during the summer, spring and winter breaks. I can chart the hours weekly and assign other employees to cover shifts throughout the semester. It’s also nice to come in and check on who is here and check if they were on time or late for their shifts by checking the red and green lights. It’s a no hassle system and very simple to use and the students love it too!
Not to mention the Customer Service has been extremely helpful and very responsive to all of my needs. I would like to personally thank Mark Nemtsas, representative of MTS, for his great service over the years!
