We’re Go Kart World in Carson, California. An amusement/entertainment business offering Go Kart rides for 20 years now. We have about 76 employed. About 3 years ago we’ve used manual print time recording machines that used up ink and paper time cards. Since switching to your system, we’ve cut down costs of ink and paper down by around $750+ a year. A month ago we’ve been trialing biometic fingerprint readers and by far this is the best method to keep track of our employee’s time. No employee can cheat this way of clocking in/out! We also love the camera feature which snapshots their face after clock-in. Thank you Mark for creating an effective timeclock program!
Time Clock MTS has been a great boon at a great price! We used to spend hours manually calculating everyone’s time logs, based on a manual log book. But Time Clock MTS has done away with the messy and oftentimes illegible log book, and greatly reduced the time required to process our semi-monthly payroll. Your time clock is very easy to use, which is important since I am not a real techy person when it comes to computers. I find your software user friendly to verify employee times and if necessary make corrections. Ocassionally an employee will forget to clock in or out of work and I love the features you offer for these corrections. The tabs for checking pay peroids for this week and last week are helpful as our payroll is biweekly.

We have used Time Clock MTS since 2007. It has been the easiest time clock program to work with. Our employees can easily clock in and out, as well as view their time worked any time during the day. From an administrative stand point we greatly appreciate how thorough the database backs up. The reports are easy to run, user friendly, and have streamlined the payroll process. The ability to change punch times if an employee forgets to punch in and out is easy and requires an explanation of the changes. For the price I highly recommend this software.
