Good Basic Software
I started with Timeclock MTS when I opened my office with 2 employees and was able to download for free. Since then, we have expanded and have upgraded to the paid version which has worked for us. I only use to keep track of hourly employees. I do not use any of the extra features but it is easy to use and efficient.
We implemented your product at my facility months ago and we love it. It is exactly what we were looking for.

Pros
Time Clock MTS is easy for our many volunteers to use and yet still powerful enough to track our employee payroll time, vacation and personal days earned, and creates useful reports for budgeting and grant application processes. It is a great value!

We would use more capacity as we have a large number of volunteers but we’ve found an easy work-around.Summary

Great time clock software!
Pros
Good price, good support and very functional. It has been easy to use for our employees, especially after we attached a bar code reader wand to the computer to scan project barcodes for jobcosting. Reports are easy to run.Cons
Minor con: wish that software would let our employees punch into tasks such as “Cutting” or “Layout” in addition to the project job costing. Still a very useful program that is an excellent value.
We run into issues updating the software occasionally. Other than that, no issues.Summary
Highly recommend MTS Timeclock, especially for small to medium size companies. If you are still using a punch card system, you need to switch to this system if at all possible.
The fact that employees can clock in quickly and get to work straightaway is one of the primary benefits of Time Clock MTS.
Time Clock MTS is simple and intuitive. I found the set up quick and easy. Our employees were able to access the time in and out features with a miniscule amount of instruction. As the person who takes care of our weekly payroll, I really appreciated the concise and detailed reports provided by this software. Time Clock MTS also tracks vacation, holiday and sick leave. This software is perfect for our small business. I highly recommend it.
