Using the Free Time Card Calculator
Using the free timecard calculator is simple. Just enter the time that you clocked in for the day and the time you clocked out along with any time you took off for breaks. The free timecard hour calculator will then automatically calculate the hours and minutes you worked for that day as well as the total hours and minutes you worked for the week. You can print the timesheet by clicking the Print Timecard button and clear all the entries by clicking the Clear Timecard button. If you need to get a PDF copy of your time and attendance data you could use a free PDF printer like CutePDF or if you're lucky enough to be using a Mac you can just save this page directly to a PDF file. Once you've created a PDF you can easily email your timecard information to your payroll department!
