By using Time Clock MTS in conjunction with a biometric scanner from Digital Persona you will help to completely eliminate payroll fraud immediately. The process of using a fingerprint scanner with Time Clock MTS is very simple, with just a few short steps required to get you up and running. You can see exactly how easy setting up Time Clock MTS is by looking at our fingerprint scanner flash tutorial or by following the simple steps below.

  1. Plug your fingerprint scanners into the computers you wish to use as biometric time clock stations.
  2. Install the Time Clock MTS admin software where you want to administer the software and the client software where you want employees to be able to clock in and out.
  3. Enroll your employees fingerprints, this is done on the screen that you can see at the top left of this page. Each employee can have two fingerprints stored.
  4. Turn on the 'Use Fingerprint Scanner' setting on the Interface Settings options page in Time Clock MTS.
  5. That's it! When your employees clock in and out they'll be prompted to scan their fingerprint to confirm their action. They will do this on the screen shown on the top right.
