The Manage Employee Tips screen is used by employees and the Time Clock MTS Administrator to manage all aspects of Employee Tip Tracking in Time Clock MTS. It can be used for the following functions:

The Manage Employee Tips screen is available by pressing the Tips button on the main employee time clock screen (note that you must be using the Employee List Interface for this button to be visible). To enable tip tracking you must check the Tip Tracking checkbox on the Interface Settings Screen.

The Manage Employee Tips screen shows a list of tips for the selected employee across a date range.

View Tips from a Date Range

You can select what date range you wish to see employee tips from. Just select a date range from the drop down box above the tips list.

Adding an Employee Tip

You can add an employee tip by clicking the Add Tip button. You will then be taken to the Add Employee Tip Screen.

Editing an Employee Tip

If you need to edit an employee tip displayed in the tip list click on the Edit link next to it and you'll be taken to the Edit Employee Tip screen.

Deleting an Employee Tip

If you need to delete an employee tip displayed in the tip list click on the Delete link next to it and you'll be taken to the Delete Employee Tip screen.

Viewing the Tip Diary Report

Employees and the Time Clock MTS administrator can view the Employee Tip Diary Report by clicking on the Print Diary button.

Viewing the Tip Diary Summary Report

Employees and the Time Clock MTS administrator can view the Employee Tip Diary Summary Report by clicking on the Print Summary button.
