The Simple Wages Report - Version 2 is a variation of the Simple Wages Report. It provides a single line summary of the activity of each selected employee during the report period. Data displayed includes the normal hours worked, holiday hours allocated, vacation hours taken, weekly overtime earned, and total wages earned. This report should not be used if you pay employees daily overtime or sick time because those hours will not be displayed on the report (but the wages earned for them will be included in the wages total).

Exporting and Emailing Reports

This report can be exported and saved or emailed directly in a variety of different formats by clicking Export at the top right of the reporting screen. Formats available include Excel (xls,xlsx), PDF, RTF, HTML, text, comma separated (CSV), or as an image (JPG, BMP, TIFF and more). Click the Print button to print the report.
