Time Clock MTS Version 3.3.7 Released
Version 3.3.7 of our time clock software, Time Clock MTS has just been released. This minor release includes the following changes:
- Various catches put in place to stop the main application window from disappearing when heavy processing is being done. There's some sort of inherent bug in either the development language we're using or the pretty forms controls that is causing this so this work-around is the best we can manage right now.
- Added a user activated database re-connect try if the connection is lost. Previously a single automatic re-try happened before a database connection lost message was displayed to users.
- Fixed up some security problems with the in-program tutorial. No on-screen buttons work while the tutorial is active and the correct interface (employee list or keypad) is established when the tutorial is exited.

More Time Clock MTS Testimonials
It's always great to hear the nice things our users have to say about Time Clock MTS. We try to put the emails we receive up on our Time Clock Testimonials page as we receive them. A couple of longer ones have gone up in the last few weeks and I thought it might be worthwhile re-producing them here.
The first is by a senior operations supervisor at an agricultural supplies company who had selected Time Clock MTS to use in their facility.
You've been great to do what you can to provide support and solutions to many different types of Time Clock demands. I really love Time Clock MTS and how it helps me as a Supervisor manage my employees. Last month we had our Corporate Vice President come and tour our facility and he was so impressed with Time Clock MTS and how we were implementing it at our facility that he want me to make a presentation of your program at an Office Best Practices meeting being held the first part of December. I'm sure after this presentation that you might have more interested people check out your website and implement Time Clock MTS.
This second one is by the service manager at an automotive service center. This one is interesting because he's detailed how they setup the software and how they are using it in their business.
FYI, we just purchased the $127 two client license for our company and I must say that we are still impressed with this software. I have figured out how to set up our PC's using the admin software and our 2 clients. We have our database located on a networked hard drive (Z drive) that all are connected to. Again, we are very impressed with it and this is what we've been looking for to track our commissioned technician's time along with our hourly full time employees. Kudos to you guys!
We always welcome what anyone has got to say about Time Clock MTS, whether it be good or bad. So if you've got an opinion, a question, or even a suggestion please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
