The long punch report lists off all punches during the report period that are longer than 16 hours. The report could be used to flag punches where an employee has forgotten to clock out which would typically result in occasional unusually long punches. It's suggested that this report be used in conjunction with the Missing Punches Report to look for unusual employee time card activity.
You can output the report in a number of ways. Click the Export CSV button to output the report to a comma delimited text file. Click the Export TAB button to output the report to a tab delimited text file. Click the Export Excel button to output the report directly to Microsoft Excel. Click the Print button to print the report.
