The detailed punch card report shows details for each and every clock in / out event across the date range. Note that the events are considered in pairs, so if the first event in a date range is a Clock Out event it will not be reported on. Any notes associated with the clock in/out events are displayed. Any clock in/out times that have been edited by or created by the administrator are displayed with the (##) tag.
You can output the report in a number of ways. Click the Export CSV button to output the report to a comma delimited text file. Click the Export TAB button to output the report to a tab delimited text file. Click the Export Excel button to output the report directly to Microsoft Excel. Click the Print button to print the report.
