The detailed punch card report with full notes is identical to the Detailed Punchcard Report but rather than trimming off time notes to 60 characters shows the full note along with the corresponding time. Any clock in/out times that have been edited by or created by the administrator are displayed with the (##) tag.
You can output the report in a number of ways. Click the Export CSV button to output the report to a comma delimited text file. Click the Export TAB button to output the report to a tab delimited text file. Click the Export Excel button to output the report directly to Microsoft Excel. Click the Print button to print the report.
